Stopford worked with a global water and process technology company to embark upon a three year site infrastructure upgrade process. Stopford acted as the sites engineering service provider during this period and was involved in working with senior management involved in gated approval process and in assisting in site wide continuous improvement using six sigma principals. Stopford has helped set up the gated process and implemented the process. Prior to Stopford’s engagement the site was largely inefficient and didn’t meet the company’s global benchmark.

In collaboration with the company’s Management Team, Stopford was able to implement significant engineering and capital expenditure cost savings resulting in increased efficiency, improved delivery and greater safety.
